• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. If purchasing an RA, be sure to select either "distance binding" or "vessel - international" to include the proper shipping price. If this is done incorrectly I will void the order and contact you with a request to re-enter it properly.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS:
  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  FOR READINGS:
  Really it depends on what type of reading you purchase, please check the description of the individual product page.

  FOR BINDINGS:
  Preconjures will ship ASAP, within a week of the order being placed [either by a post office visit or a scheduled mail pickup]. Reverse Adoptions will usually take a minimum of three weeks [most light arts and grey arts] and a maximum of three months [most black arts] to vet. Tack shipping onto that for both preconjures and RAs unless you opt for a distance binding.

• How do you handle shipping prices?

  For most physical items, shipping will be tacked onto the product price as per usual with online shopping.

  For RAs and spirit/entity listings that give the option of me shipping you a vessel in addition to the option of a distance binding, the shipping fee is included in the listing price. For international shipping to be covered for vessels, please be sure to select "vessel - international" for these listings if you live outside of the continental US.

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
